During Somerset Open Studios in September and October Alice Maddicott will be touring with her Open Studio and we are excited that one of her ports of call is our forecourt!

"I would encourage all people to come and explore. If you want to create work, fantastic, but you are also welcome to just come and have a look and a conversation – we are stopping in some fabulous locations and have some amazing organisations such as The Forestry Commission and The National Trust on board. I would also encourage you to combine a visit with checking out some of the fabulous open studios that may be near by as part of an art trail."

As part of the planning process an extensive "Statement of Historical Significance" has been submitted to West Somerset Council.

The next market on the forecourt will be on Thursday 25th August from 10am and there will also be one over the Bank Holiday weekend on Saturday and Sunday.
